My goals

As anybody has, I have goals. I will explain the three of them. 
 The first goal is to lose weight. To achieve this goal, I must only eat rice and vegetables. Also, I will only use the stairs when I go somewhere. I would not eat snacks, too. Eating snacks have not much nutrients and only makes you more fat. 
 The second goal is that I want to sleep early and wake up early. Sleeping early and waking up early clears your mind and makes your mind wide-awake. It makes you focus on one thing and helps you to study more harder. Also, I could release stress and not be grumpy. To succeed in this goal, I will lie down on my bed until 10:00 pm. If I cannot sleep, I will close my eyes and think of other things that will make me sleepy.Also, I will wake up at 6:00 am in the morning. If I cannot rouse, I will stand up and try to open my eyes. If I think that I will sleep more, I will set an alarm. 
 My last goal is to be fluent at speaking and writing English in GLPS. I shall only speak in English and will always write in English.
